These sensors are used with Trident's Marine LP Gas Control & Detection Systems.
They continuously monitor for the presence of LP Gas. If gas is detected at 10%, or more, of the lower explosion limit (LEL), the networked detector/control module can automatically turn gas off (via a solenoid), and activate audio and visual alarms.
These sensors are always on and monitoring, even when gas control panel is off and the solenoid(s) is closed.
A gas leak will cause the panel alarm to sound. If gas is detected when the control panel is turned on, the solenoid(s) automatically closes and a red alarm light illuminates to show which sensor has been activated.
• Power consumption is less than 1 amp in all modes
• Marine UL listed sensor (with its own red "On" light) with a 10 ft quick-connect cable for the detector
